I got the idea for this out of one of Jojo's magazines and I made it for a Hawaii Night dinner. It was really fun.You will need:
two cakes (any flavor)
2 cans white or cream cheese frosting
finely crushed graham crackers
box of graham cracker sticks
sugar ice cream cones
rock candy, Swedish fish, umbrellas, other decorations
Instructions:Bake the two cakes as directed, one in a 9 x 13 pan and one two round pans. When cakes are cool, cut and "build" them on a large cookie sheet in anyway you can make them to look like a sandcastle structure. Frost between the layers and all around cake. Don't worry if frosting looks bad or if crumbs are showing because you will next cover entire cake with graham crackers. Line the sides of cake with graham cracker sticks. Top cake with upside down ice cream cones and other decorations.
